Payment Disclosure

By purchasing this policy, you hereby authorize Buddy to charge, as selected by you, your debit card, credit card or checking or savings account through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) or otherwise for the policy premium.

 

Payments will be charged to your selected payment method on a [monthly] basis in as many as 10 days in advance of the premium due date. Your authorization applies to the payment method on file as provided by you and to any new or different payment method information you provide, such as by updating your debit card, credit card or bank account information. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it.  You may withdraw your consent to recurring debit, credit, or ACH transactions by contacting Buddy by phone at 833-462-8339, by email at support@iambuddy.com or by mail at P.O. Box 81 Richmond, VA 23218-0081.

The policy shall automatically renew for a term of one year unless you provide us with written notice of termination at least 14 days prior to the expiration of the current policy term. We will provide you with an offer of renewal 60 days prior to the expiration of the policy disclosing any changes to the policy terms, including any changes in premium and coverage. Otherwise the policy will renew with the same terms and conditions as the current policy, and your payment method on file will be charged the premium amount.
